This weekly podcast is for those looking for practical advice on improving their overall well-being, with a specific focus on physical fitness. The podcast also addresses complementary topics on nutrition & hydration, sleep, stress management, mental health and creating lasting change, to name a few.
With each episode being between 5 and 10-minutes, WellFit Wisdom doesn't require a big investment of time to get objective, easily digestible advice on incremental changes the listener can make that, combined, will provide dramatic improvements in overall wellness.
